Welcome to House of Emmanuele Online. By accessing House of Emmanuele’s website and related services you have read, understood, and agree with the following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) which govern the purchase and use of products from House of Emmanuele Online.

House of Emmanuele reserves the right to modify any of the Terms and Conditions listed on the House of Emmanuele website at any time without notice. Please read and check the T&Cs often. If you do not agree to any changes made to the T&Cs then you must immediately stop using the Site.

We are experiencing High volume of sales pre Christmas and may need an extra 2-3 working days on top of our usual Dispatch times. 

Eligibility and Policy
Customers must provide their real name and other information which is requested. When providing payment details, the customer must warrant that payment details provided are their own and are valid as well as correct.

Intellectual Property
All the material published on the website is owned by House of Emmanuele. This includes products, logos, designs, photographic images, and advertisements. These may not be used or reproduced, transmitted, published, distributed, modified, displayed, or utilised in any altered forms or derivative works.

Product
Every piece of House of Emmanuele Costume Jewellery is handmade and hand assembled in Sydney. All jewellery pieces are custom made to order and subject to availability of all the individual components required. Most of our pieces are made from Brass and then plated in Precious Metal such as Gold, Rose Gold, Rhodium, Silver or Gunmetal. As all our products are hand made we allow for a certain degree of variance as no piece is made 100% identical. If you need a product urgently, please email on at info@houseofemmanuele.com

House of Emmanuele works hard to ensure the true colours are captured in the images displayed on this website. Please note that variations in screens may result in a slight colour distortion from the original piece.

Ordering
Please be advised that once an order has been finalised and the production process has begun, we are unable to make any modifications or cancellations.

Payment
All prices in our online store are in Australian dollars and will be charged in AUD. All online transactions are made with PayPal. You can use Credit Card or your PayPal Account to Pay for your order through the PayPal Portal. For further details please email customer service at info@houseofemmanuele.com

Please note that House of Emmanuele will not be liable for any fees or charges that may be applied by a customer’s bank in respect of any transactions made online with House of Emmanuele.

All credit card details used for purchasing on House of Emmanuele are processed using the secure PayPal online gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure environment. House of Emmanuele will not keep your payment details on the website or on their customer data base.

GST & Taxes
All purchases delivered in Australia will incur standard GST rates. International orders may attract taxes or duties applied in the country where the order is delivered.  Please check with your country’s local customs office for information on duties and taxes. These duties and taxes are not the responsibility of House of Emmanuele and are solely the responsibility of the customer. International Customers, please also note that you may be charged a currency conversion fee from your bank. Any such fee is not the responsibility of House of Emmanuele and is solely the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping
Purchases that are in stock will be dispatched between 1-2 working days. If an item isn’t in stock or our Showroom Inventory has been allocated, it can take up to 3-10 working days to get dispatched. Shipping will be made through Australia Post “Express Post” for domestic delivery within Australia or “FedEx” for International Deliveries. Once the piece is ready for Shipment then it will be Express Posted hence delivery time can vary if the item needs to be produced. 

Note: We do cary stock on hand but most of the time our pieces are made to order therefore allow time for production and delivery.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping in Australia will incur a standard charge of $15.00 AUD.
International Shipping will be charged at a standard charge of $40.00 AUD.
Upon dispatch, tracking details will be emailed to you.

Returns and Exchange
A request to exchange must be made within 7 days of receipt of goods.

House of Emmanuele does not offer returns for change of mind purchases. We offer exchanges under the following conditions:

Product condition
All jewellery must be new, unused, with House of Emmanuele tags still attached and in its original packaging.

Once the product has been received and its condition assessed by House of Emmanuele and confirmed as new, unused and eligible for exchange, the replacement product will be dispatched.

Earrings
Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer exchange for earrings.

Sale
Please choose carefully when purchasing sale items. House of Emmanuele will not accept items bought on sale or with discount code for refund or exchange. Sale Items are considered Final Sale.

Faulty
All jewellery is thoroughly quality controlled and checked for any faults before it is dispatched to the customer. As mentioned earlier all our products are hand made and we allow a certain degree of variance between pieces as no piece is 100% identical.

Should you receive an item which is faulty please contact House of Emmanuele immediately via email at info@houseofemmanuele.com. All emails require description of fault with clear pictures of the fault attached.

All faults must be reported within 7 days of receipt of the goods. Any faults reported after the 7-day period will not be accepted. Where possible we will offer to repair the faulty item once the item has been returned and assessed.

Please note that wear and tear of items will not be classified as faulty and therefore cannot be returned.

House of Emmanuele is not liable for any duties or taxes incurred by overseas customers.

Exchanges in accordance with these terms and conditions will only be given on products purchased on the House of Emmanuele website.

All exchange items are final sale and cannot be exchanged for a second time.

Limitation of Liability
House of Emmanuele excludes all liability to any person for loss or damage of any kind (however caused, including by negligence) arising from or relating in any way to the material on and/or any use of this website or of the use of any goods purchased from House of Emmanuele. To the extent permitted by law, House of Emmanuele gives no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise as to the accuracy of the information on this website or the quality, standard, merchantability or availability of the goods displayed on this website.

In respect of any warranties that cannot be excluded by law, the liability of House of Emmanuele will be limited to any one of the following at our election:

(i)    the replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;

(ii)    the repair of the goods;

(iii)    the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods;

(iv)    the payment of the cost of having the goods repaired; or

(b)    in the case of services:

(i)    the supplying of the services again; or

(ii)    the payment of the cost of having the services supplied again

Jewellery Products and Care
House of Emmanuele combines many different materials some of which are unique and non-identical by nature. Semi-Precious stones are indicative of such unique materials where colours and shape naturally differ from one another.

The metal components used by House of Emmanuele are either pewter or brass and are hand plated in Sydney with either hard gold, gunmetal, rhodium or antique metallic finish.

All earring hooks and posts are nickel free and made with surgical steel.

When sourcing our components, we always purchase nickel free, however traces of nickel may be apparent in our jewellery.

Simple polishing with a brass or silver cloth may restore any tarnishing which may occur over time.

Crystals and Semi-Precious stones are delicate and your jewellery should be treated with care. Avoiding contact with sharp objects, harsh chemicals (ie perfumes, hairspray, salt water and chlorine) and extreme heat including sunlight can prolong the life of your jewellery. House of Emmanuele is not responsible for tarnishing of products due to the above reasons. Please kindly note that everyone has varying amounts of acidity from perspiring that could affect the jewellery as it is plated not solid metal, hence House of Emmanuele holds no responsibility for tarnishing of jewellery from wearing.

It is recommended you carefully wipe the jewellery with a soft jewellery cleaning cloth after wear to remove chemicals and oils. You can also polish the stones using a special jewellery polishing cloth to make your jewels look good as new.

Store jewellery in a dry place in the pouch provided as this helps avoid contact with other jewellery and objects which may scratch, chip, tarnish and damage your House of Emmanuele piece.

House of Emmanuele is not responsible for careless wear or storage of pieces.
